Contract Services – Bean Sprout Bookkeeping

Quick books accounting software will be used to organise and process your financial information.
2 years worth of data can be migrated from Sage to Quick books online.
Client access through a secure online portal.
Remote access to existing software can be arranged if required.

Reconciliation of monthly company bank statements.
All transactions will be recorded. These include drawings, customer and supplier payments, debit card transactions, credit card payments, wages, and expenses.

Processing of expenses incurred by the business.
Bean Sprout Bookkeeping will present to the client on an annual basis any Benefit in Kind information incurred by their employees.

Bean Sprout Bookkeeping will raise all invoices/credit notes and send to the customer on the clients behalf within strict lead times.

Set up costs are charged at £15 per hour. This is not included in the monthly package charge.
Existing customers/suppliers will be processed onto the system during the initial set-up stage and be included in the hourly set up charges.
The client must provide accurate contact details for each customer and supplier.
Set-up of all subsequent customers/suppliers is included in the monthly package on the condition that the client provides such information accurately and in a timely manner. If this information is not provided, Bean Sprout Bookkeeping will charge the client for time spent in obtaining such information.
